Dream Workshop $35/per session

Connect with your deepest wishes, drives and demons during this intimate and richly evocative dream workshop. Share and explore your night-time dramas and enrich the images that emerge with story and art to discover the layers of meaning in them. (Adults only.)

We will meet for three consecutive Sunday evenings. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a favorite art/writing journal. Space will be limited to 8-10 participants. Located at The Well Cafe and Wellness Center, 2708 Chicago Avenue, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55407. 

Expressive Therapies Intensive
for Mental Health Professionals

$100.00 per day or $250 for the whole series

DAY ONE: Basic Elements (Ritual, Feedback, Image)
DAY TWO: The Therapeutic Relationship (Presence, Witnessing, Probing)
DAY THREE: Supervision and Ethical Considerations

This 3-part intensive training seminar will introduce counselors, social workers and other helping professionals to the potent ways in which the arts (authentic movement, visual art, music, poetry writing and enactment) enhance the therapeutic process in a variety of treatment settings.

Choose to come to one, two or all three consecutive Saturdays from 10am-3pm. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a musical instrument and favorite art/writing journal if desired. All arts materials and lunch will be provided. Located at The Well Cafe and Wellness Center, 2708 Chicago Avenue, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55407.

This supervision group will be limited to no more than 6 participants. Sessions will last 1 hour (for up to 3 participants) or 1.5 hours (for 4 or more participants).  The fee of $35 is payable at each session.
