The Well is a center for healing and wellness located near Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis.   Doug Pagitt made his vision of such a place possible by remodeling a beautiful old Victorian building and housing within it a variety of wellness practitioners, including a massage therapist and soon-to-be-opening natural foods cafe and juice bar.

The Well may have room for more tenants.  If you are interested, please contact Doug Pagitt at 612-730-7337 or pagitt@gmail.com

The Lily Pad is a suite at the Well established by Haley Fox and dedicated to providing caring and quality holistic psychotherapy services.  Meet my partners in the Lily Pad:

Kerry Mokalla, LICSW, works with kids, adults and families.  With children, she primarily focuses on issues like ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, school adjustment issues and Aspergers.  Kerry uses a model that focuses primarily on non-directive play therapy.  With adults, she primarily works with women who have experienced trauma (especially sexual trauma), grief and loss issues, anxiety, depression and PTSD.  She uses a holistic approach that integrates body, mind and spirituality.  She uses movement, guided visualization, meditation and mindfulness techniques.  Kerry prefers to be reached by cell phone at 612-205-9745.  She checks her email less frequently, kmokalla@yahoo.com.

Michelle Bettin, LICSW works with children, adults and families using a holistic, relationship-based approach focused on integration, healing, and growth.  She has experience with PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and issues related to attachment, development, relationships, and parenting.  Michelle uses EMDR, guided imagery, play, and other experiential, expressive, and cognitive-behavioral techniques.  She can be reached at 612-716-5341 or at michellebettin@hotmail.com.
